What we do on an Abu Dhabi tank
The method is the one we use in Dubai: drain, pressure-wash the walls, floor and ceiling without damaging the material, disinfect with a non-toxic Municipality-approved product, reclean, refill, and send a water sample to a laboratory. You receive a report and a disinfection certificate. Pipeline chlorination can be added if the lines feeding the taps also need it.
